About
Nirintsoa Mamitiana serves as the lead pastor of First Baptist Church of Fort Dauphin. He is also the Co-Founder and President of SHEMA MADAGASCAR (an indigenous ministry based in Fort Dauphin since 2019), and the founder of the Fort Dauphin Baptist Theological Seminary.
Mamitiana joined the Youth With A Mission (YWAM) organization from 1996 to 2007, where he completed his Associate degree in Christian ministries at the YWAM University of the Nations in 2004.
In 2007, he (along with his wife Toky) joined the World Changers Academy in Durban, South Africa. Then they returned to Madagascar to start The Mission House Madagascar (TMHM), a nonprofit organization, which provides life skills and leadership training to help the jobless in their community.
In 2018, he completed his Master of Divinity at Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary, TX, USA. In 2022, he graduated from his Doctorate in World Christian Studies, with an emphasis on Missiology and Contextualization at Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary. Mamitiana loves to teach and to travel around the world.
